Anyone know a decent price to replace a felt garage roof? I've been quoted just over a grand, which includes one board which is definitely gone and some extra work installing soffit vents on the house.

Not far off what we paid to re-cover a summer house in new felt - about 200 sq ft. - we also had a small gutter installed on one end. Can dig out details if needed. Drop me a PM.

Ok thanks, that's helpful - the garage is ~200 sq ft internally so that plus fitting 20 soffit vents to the house and a bit of gutter/valley maintenance makes me think this is a decent price. Don't worry about digging out the docs if they're buried!
