I'm a slight tentative due to location I'm in London and a tendancy for life to get in the way of plans. So if there is someone else who is a definite I don't want to block a place. It's a very kind offer for you to do this and hopefully I can make it though. Obviously happy to chip in for ingredients/whatever else...
