I'd have to keep his mattress and put it back if I do.
He shoulda provided me with one when I moved in.

This int my first rental, pretty sure it is his first let tho so I'm er, educating him....

Its leverage for if he tries to get weird when I leave.
But also, speculation. He might've done that but theres some v basic landlord stuff he dint (and doesn't) know or do.
This is the first time I've gone private and dealt with an LL directly.
