yes they are.Its leverage for if he tries to get weird when I leave.
But also, speculation. He might've done that but theres some v basic landlord stuff he dint (and doesn't) know or do.

But, I owe him a months rent atm and hes always been cool about things like that. So, you know, don't shit where you eat n all that.
That being said, when I move I reckon he'll try and keep my bond. I'm pretty sure he hasn't done any of that government credited bond saving thingy so thats gonna be a fun exchange...
