I got a nice all black, nice and subtle, thermal long sleeve jersey from spexcel last year. I think quite few others did too.

The gabba's pretty decent. 100% requires a base layer underneath though, otherwise it's like wearing a rubberised tarpaulin. The arms, as per everything Spexcel, are also a bit too long.
