You can get to central London from Orpington faster than Catford, all fast trains.

29 mins direct to Victoria on the train, or what is, according to Google, an hour and a half on the bike (I suspect it could be done in less).

Where it says "offers in excess of", can I take that to mean "offering 50k below is fine"?

• #19431
Not on the bike you have in the basement rn

It's possible I have other bicycles

It takes me about 50 mins to cycle from Bickley to Goodge Street and i'm definitely unfit so under an hour is very doable.

I found the Turkish curtain shops on Green Lanes were the cheapest option when I was looking if you're in that area.

Nothing can make living in St Mary Cray worth it.

Really, very stabby?

It is not a Happy Place.

St Mary Cray/ St Pauls Cray are pockets of deprivation surrounded by much nicer neighbours (Orpington, Chelsfield, Petts Wood). Crockenhill is borderline, but then you might as well head into proper country, Farningham/Eynsford/Shoreham and beyond. Just don't get too close to Swanley.

Makes me feel a bit better... We've spent fuck all on all the other windows so far, so maybe this is the one to splurge.

¡Es una maravilla! Need to build a big shed tho', many bikes, lawnmower, leafblower etc... Solar panels will go on as soon as we move in, there are already two massive grey water tanks in place so we'll be doing our bit to save the world/grown our own/not pay any power bills etc...

Can't do it properly I'm afraid, the Mrs won't countenance living in the country, much as I'd love to.

I had a first rehearsal with the raggle raggle oldman fellowship I call The Ueys a couple of weeks back and it seriously made me wanna give up music altogether... 😭
Of course there'll be a feedback laboratory!!! 🤗

What is a raggle raggle oldman fellowship ?
Something to do with 'craft markets ?
Sounds grim.
Also, #sneakybidet in the bathroom. The place has everything.
