I no longer have the Carbon Vibe bars @motoko - the marginal gains for £500 of bar and stem was ridiculous! Sent them back!
They were however, definitively, the nicest internally routable bars I've had my hands on. The stem is entirely pointless unless you have a frame that routes behind the steerer tube.
There are exit/entry holes in two places by the shifter and three by the clamp:

@Dick If you could take a cheaky shot of the holes under the bars on the carbon vibes. Haven't found any good photos of how the brake and di2 cables exit to go to the frame.
