700x45c fits like a charm, but handles kind of funny. No hands riding feels "floppy", as if the bike doesnt track straight and wants to turn a little bit to either side of the middle.
Im a bit behind on the whole trail, rake, and bb heigh section of geometry in relation to riding handling, but i could imagine that it steers like this because the outer diameter of 700x45c is much larger than the 26x2.2" it most likely was designed for.. http://www.bikecalc.com/wheel_size_math - this is brilliant for checking rim + tire full outer diameter sizes!
This mockup is also mostly just to see what it looks like with wheels, but damn a brakeless and chainless pump around a parking lot (with speedbumps ;)) made me realize how much fun this bike will be!
the front wheel sits a bit crooked in the fork, so may need to do some filing..
