Mine is installed on a Light Bicycle U 65mm rim. I can measure it if you want (with my sexy new digital verniers).

Out of (delayed) curiousity I measured the width of my 700 x 28 Schwalbe Pro Ones this morning. They come up as 29.15 mm.
