• Hmm, so on my feet if I draw a line between the big toe bone and little toe bone it's a diagonal, sloping down towards the little toe side of my foot. The centre of the cleat should be a cm or so behind the line, depending on foot size, according to Steve hogg.

    Don't do anything too drastic before a big ride, but worth getting them set up properly when you get a chance. If the cleats do end up moving back a bit, be sure to drop the saddle a touch.
