Hmm, so on my feet if I draw a line between the big toe bone and little toe bone it's a diagonal, sloping down towards the little toe side of my foot. The centre of the cleat should be a cm or so behind the line, depending on foot size, according to Steve hogg.
Don't do anything too drastic before a big ride, but worth getting them set up properly when you get a chance. If the cleats do end up moving back a bit, be sure to drop the saddle a touch.
15mm back from being inline with big toe bone? Or back from the diagonal line between big toe bone and little toe bone?
If the former, might still be too far forward...
