Pain is down the front. I done the method similiar to steves. By using the bone of bog toe and putting the cleat ~15mm back from the indent/marker on the cleat. To be honest ive been fucking about with the left cleat because it didnt feel right as in not getting optimum power. Think will.leave as it was fine on my big mile commute this morning as well.
