Need to adjust tack so it's flatter, though it holds a bag with netting just fine.
Also need rear caliper as this one doesn't quite reach the rims fully. Will switch over free rather than fixed once the rear caliper is fitted.
Will also raise stem a bit as there's a little too much pressure on my hands, and add flaps to the guards.
Longer term, fancy a cheap dynamo wheel and light setup.

I've got the classic 1990s Shimano 105 single pivot brake calipers. What brake levers should I use if I want to use flat bars? Normal boggo two-finger alloy mtb ones will have the wrong pull ratio won't they?

My gf has the same calipers on her bike, I used shimano bl-r550 to replace some deore xt levers. Bl r550 come tester approved afaik.

It's at SBC right now. Dynamo stuff on hold for now so I'm using my old wheels. Should be with me tomorrow with any luck.

Cool, can you get a pic up? I'm still undecided on one
(When you've picked it up obviously) -

Yep ofc

Slightly random question - is it possible to separate the lugs from a steel frame?
ie: If I find a frame with fancy lugs that I like, can they be taken off and used to build a brand new frame? -

Yeah. That is not worth the effort.
Fuck me thats a scary thought. Glad you were unhurt.
