^ Well done. I've got a new question mark over my appearance at the weekend, having just canned an easy pre-brekky 5 miler this morning due to a pain in the shoulder blade. No idea where it's come from but it started giving me gyp a couple of days ago, only affecting me when rolling over in bed up to now. Maybe I'll get on the Ibuleve and hope for the best. Harrumph!
