Annoyingly I had to miss yesterday's match because I was on a trip (even more annoying as I was there at 3 o'clock on Saturday when it was meant to kick off). Heaton was as reliable as ever, I'm surprised there seemed to be so little interest in him in the summer. Particularly when you look at teams like Liverpool and their comedy keepers.

I'd be flabbergasted if he didn't improve as a player. I imagine he'll be given specific instructions on what is expected of him as a player and if he doesn't perform they'll be consequences both from his team mates and his coach.
Everton were woeful and played off the park on the weekend and fortunate to only concede two goals. It was definitely a game too far but injuries and some questionable tactical and personnel choices didn't help.
