Just before I saw you a taxi pulled straight out on me. I skidded about 20ft and stopped juuuuust short of him, inches short, as he'd come to a dead halt in my lane.

His first words were "slow down". Then he went on to tell me that I'd get killed if I didn't slow down.

I may have been a little adrenaline-shaky when we spoke. And angry.

Brixton Road around 07.45 - I thought it was @Dammit on an interesting white vintage looking frame with porteur bars. There was some good trackstanding but also quite a lot of slack chain
