Home over an hour earlier than any previous day. Average moving speed 14.8 mph over 125 miles which is not sloppy.
Huge huge thank you to @cjr for his company, support and encouragement. Surprisingly, I probably only drafted him for 20 or 30 km.
A really enjoyable day out. Will have to see how it impacts on my performance tomorrow. Hopefully the extra hour of recover will be a game changer.
