  • Ran on Tuesday after 4 days off and legs felt horrible even at what should be an easy pace over 5k. The've felt better as the week has progressed (runs of 10k, 6k, 10k). Inverse tiredness? Never stop running?

  • my legs kill after a day off. I always think of it along the lines of being on a lads holiday and drinking every day whcih avoids a hangover, then when you have a day off you have the hangover of doom
