The original story is two years old, yet the comments (also reporting problems) are only between eight and two months old...

They are on a 2016 synapse, the store I took it too had a couple of other bikes in with the same problem and they knew right away like it was something they come across a fair few times. @hippy Also really surprised there wasn't a recall or a letter sent out warning folk, my mate wiped out pretty hard.
