They don't exist. Aluminium bars will always be stiffer.

Young's modulus of T700 carbon fibre, 230GPa. Young's modulus of 7005 T6 aluminium, 70GPa. Please show your working.

Orthotrope / isotrope? Carbon bars with a shit lay-up will be very flexy.

Indeed - unless they've compensated for less-than-good consolidation with plenty of material. And of course waffer-thin alloy bars will also be very flexy. Material not being the only consideration, which was sort of the point.
