To say they give a toss about you is a massive overstatement 🙂 Order 5000 groupsets for your factory to assemble onto OTP bikes if you want them to notice you.

From what I have heard they have also fucked the otp people around massively. I assume some sort of restructuring or lack of critical component is taking place. Maybe they cannot source the '-' to go between all the product codes to go on the parts? FD9170 doesn't have quite the same ring...
