    was a fairly even effort, the dropout is where I had to use a double crossing on one of the busiest roads through mordor. in the final km I made an conscious decision to start to slowly ramp up the effort as I went, and was fully intending a 75m sprint along the path where I stop recording but i managed about 10m and my legs said no thank you.

    strava doesnt support display of running power data (it's stored though as it displays if you switch the activity to a ride instead) and annoyingly they have said they have no intention to support it, which is a shame.

    stryd has its own dashboard but it's not great and you can't share it. but as with all things my garmin can feed it automatically so if it improves over time my data will be available already.
