Today was all about chain stays. I bought a little ajax mill off of Ted to set up as a dedicated chain stay fixture. It makes it very quick.
The cuts on these (and any chain stays I use that aren't going onto a T47 BB) are offset down to the bottom of the BB. This makes welding them, and the seat tube, far easier.
So far my time estimations have been spot on, and no glaring flaws have arisen. I assume that will happen tomorrow...
