I don't understand.
What kinda wheelchair we talking about? 4 'fit' people as opposed to 'people' makes it sound like its gonna a powered chair with a larger occupant.
I don't think finding 4 people to help will be hard.
I think taking people will be your best bet. As others have said ask staff, not public. Could you and your organisers do it?
