Have developed a habit of getting spendy on the vino + it's getting a bit out of control. Not volume wise, just price. Has anyone grown accustomed to a lofty (it's all relative) price point and had to ween themselves down a tier or two? It feels like a one-way street.

I spent a few years (ok, it was about 2 decades) collecting and drinking fairly expensive wines.

Now I am less bothered and usually drink wines around £7-£12 a bottle from the wine society. Plenty of well made, pleasant wines around that price range which are enjoyable to drink.
