Pogmore, 51, from Whiston in Rotherham, was described as "a swinging and sex-obsessed air observer".
Sentencing him, Judge Peter Kelson QC told Pogmore: "You spied on and recorded these naked people from a height of 1,000ft. You quite literally considered yourself above the law."

Another large-scale gang of child rapists and sex offenders uncovered, this time in Newcastle. Up to 703 complainants, 278 victims (as young as 14 - young girls and vulnerable young adult women drugged and raped in a residential tower block) and up to 461 arrests made, with, so far, 18 convicted. Another Rotherham.
Also reported the police 'hired' an already convicted child rapist to be exposed to young victims as an informant.
Where are the neighbours? Where is anyone in the community coming forward? Remember the Rotherham situation wasn't properly investigated due to the fear of 'racist' labelling...

Well, have you yourself ever 'come forward' when a nonce in your neighbourhood has been found out? If so, what was it exactly that you did?
Most people would leave it to the police handle such matters. I know I would. And in any case, that approach seems to have worked well in the Newcastle case: "The communities that we work with are appalled at this offending and we have encountered nothing other than the fullest of support from them all."

GBH can be up to life imprisonment (depending on whether it's s.18 or s.20).

I've shoved my fair share of people - mostly as a child - but I can't say it's ever been with the intention of murdering someone.
-
• #47000
Exactly. The shove is intent to push somebody over, not intent to kill.
i remamba when there were just 4 species of snake in the uk
