You're probably good to trade.
Originally it was silly things like advertising in multiple places, and bizarre habit of creating fake profiles to up himself, and bump his advertisements.
Since then it's just been a game of whack-a-mole and now he's banned far more because he's banned over anything else.
He does appear to be OK at trading, does appear to not have much in the way of complaints... but still has that air of being a bit odd in his approach rather than being upfront, honest, trustworthy.
Then again... trust is earned. Perhaps we should be giving him that chance to prove why we should trust him, so long as he stops fucking around.

Hi. Can you let me know why Rogel Pilar was banned? He has been contacting me through facebook, regarding adverts that I've posted on LFGSS, and I would like to know if it's okay to trade with him.
