I've bought into the fact that certain costs (bottling, shipping etc) are fixed and thus for cheaper wines the value of the actual wine is proportionally less. So have grown accustomed to paying £10+ for day to day stuff. Definitely worth it. We rarely drink more than a bottle a week, so not big numbers.
