Jeff is moving but still has a way to go. I had hoped that they would all be finished before the TCR started but it is not looking like that will be the case. Jeff still has 800-900 miles to go. Could take him another month.

@hippy 's challenge is to complete the TCR before Jeff completes the TABR.

Only reason I didn't ride the Tdf is Orica couldn't afford my drinks tab.

The TABR website has been down for quite a while. Hope Jeff is progressing.

Looks like he's in Berea. He has got some hard miles to come over the hills. Trackleaders projects him to finish in 64 days, so about another 11 to go. If he slows then the Hippy / Jeff race you mentioned will be one to watch!

11 days will be a tough ask, given my recent focus on training my beer intake rather than my cycling.

While Hippy goes through another day of torment and misfortune it can be reported that TABR rider Jeff Stamerjohn is about 160 miles from The TABR finish line. Hippy still has 600km to cover in TCR. This will be close, but I think hippy will do it. Jeff is near the aptly named 'Goochtown'.
