  • Thanks for the responses, I'm a normally proportioned 5'10 and have ridden a 56cm lht for 8 years so it's doable but just doesn't look that slave.
I think with town bars and an inline post I should be ok.
Will build it up but try not to be too excitable about it.

  • Reminds me of

  • Nice build!

    What size tyres?

I really need a front rack.

  • Thanks! Tyres are 38c

  • Nice. That's why I love Steamrollers.

    Is that a Pelago rack?

  • Yep ;)

@edmundro sell it, buy 53 and make it slave, it's clear what you want

  • It appears off-road.cc captured in a less graceful moment

  • Looking to size up from a 53cm to a 56cm. Anyone have a frames they want to sell or PX?

  • This I fear is a picture that will haunt me for a while haha.

  • Nah, it just shows a surplus of commitment and serious lack of traction :D
In all honesty though, good on you for going at it fixed.

  • ^ +1 what MisterMikkel said :)

  • I'm now in the club and once I sell my kona I'll be surly only...

  • what are those tires on the steamroller? @bankiren

  • Looks like it was used for a week tops, not a scuff on it apart from wheel nut marks
    I'm one lucky #buyer

  • Looks black inside the BB shell, so must have the ED coating too :)

  • Yup is black inside wherever I peep.
Feels smaller than my 56cm lht in the hands so reckon it'll be fine.
Why rear but no front eyelets? Silly surly.

    All black build?

  • I've got a steel Surly disc fork, which might be from a LHT. It came with my Steamroller frame but I'm not going to use it.

    Is anyone interested?

  • @tommmmmmm I'd be keen if you'd post to Sweden? At my expense of course

  • @kboy I could post it to Sweden next week but it's pretty heavy so I'm not sure how much it would be likely to cost.

I'm away from home till the weekend but when I get back I will post pictures and measurements, I've had a PM about it as well but I'll get you a quote for postage first and see if you're keen.

  • @tommmmmmm aces, much appreciated! Totally get that it's a hassle to post so thanks for making the effort. I'll try and find some postage alternatives as well

  • Lack of traction is an understatement.

Thanks, I had an excellent day.

  • Hello!

Day one of what I suspect will be a love affair.... <3
