I've seen a whole bunch clock double that and a few on a 100k.
It's had regular servicing (stamped book) with reg/rec/stator change and bolts on casing checked for torque.4 owners
What makes 35k bad on this in comparison to say...an old gsxr?
Depends when you got it. It's not so simple now, but follows general European standards or something. I think irrespective of what license you have, you'll still need a CBT.
In other news. Street triple for £2.7k with 35k on the clock in good clean nick. yay or nay?
