Luggage - I have a couple of North Face wheeled soft-cases, one carry on size and the other hold sized. The handle has stopped working on the carry-on, and apparently this is not something that North Face will either warranty or repair officially, so fuck them and their disgraceful customer service.
Who has a recommendation for luggage from a manufacturer who will actually provide after-sales support worthy of the name?
