any news or info on this Primo-Somec bike? Never heard of Primo before but it's a lovely Somec frame. Found one for sale for a decent price - SLX tubes, in great nick, seems like it might be a bit of a winner...

Do contact Somec themselves, they usually are very keen in replying particularly to these interesting finds.

Seller said he bought it close to 20 years ago and its been sitting in a barn for most of that time hardly ridden. Not sure where he picked it up, but it looks to be mid-80s is my guess. he's willing to let the whole thing go for 500 quid which seems fair IMO

As lovely as the frame is, the components is a mix. Could do a little less than that.
