hum, i am thinking more winter road, when you say utility you mean rack and paniers on the front? i think i won't be doing front ortliebs for now.

but carbon would be half the weight!! thats why i want carbon, but price is also a problem....
the condor is looking good on all accounts, except the tire size...

@jBola what a-c do you need? A gravel/winter road fork would be around 377mm, CX/utility is between 390 and 400mm.
That would narrow it down.
