I've never used the service, but I think they generally have wall / panel saws in B&Q - saves floorspace.
From my own experience of using one of these at work, +/- 1mm tolerance shouldn't be at all difficult to achieve.
Assuming the saw has been well maintained, it's going to be down to the saw operator rather than the saw.
ETA - I'd tell them the size of the panel(s) you want, and don't get into the additional complexity of the thickness of the blade. Just sayin'.....
ETFA - Having further re-read your post, any sawsmith should be able to follow your cutting pattern provided that you've remembered not just the blade thickness but, equally importantly, how much longer (than your panel size) a cut needs to be made to be effective, whilst taking into account the radius of the blade.
Is the free cutting service at B&Q actually decent? I need 16 pieces of board cut into a few different sized rectangales, ideally to a tolerance of +/-1mm (probably much better than I can manage at home). I've drawn out a cutting diagram for all the parts using 2D CAD leaving a 3mm allowance for the saw blade between parts. Is it reasonable for me to expect them to do this for me or should I stop being lazy and just cut them myself?
