Let's hope sorting out replacements and repairs goes without a hitch.

Cheers, have costed it up and have dropped her an email. Hope she replies. If not, will need to pursue through the small claims court. Anyone got any experience of this?

Claiming on your contents insurance might be a possibility too if going down the SCC route seems too onerous for comparatively small beer.

Even after a SCC judgement you still have to make them pay you...

Could be an option. Costing the damaged parts up seems to total £280.00 Might give British Cycling a call too to see if they can help.
