    Mine has been on for years with no covering and it hasn't stuck to anything else. I'd avoid PVC insulating tape for anything, including insulating - it's revolting stuff.

  • Rubbish. It's held together my rugby team for years...

    (that and Deep Heat, which is similarly ineffective: "Someone chuck me over some of that stuff that makes you smell brave!")

  • I had mine self-amalgamate themselves to the rubber inserts one finds on Hope Vision One clamps.
    It stopped being an issue when I changed from using Hope clamps, to using Exposure ones for attaching the lights.
    I have no fondness for PVC. Not for insulation nor apparel.
