  • I think my brother's broken 3 fitbits. Mum got it for him as a gift from M&S or John Lewis or something, so returns have been straightforward each time, but probably best not to get it from somewhere that might not be so good about returns...

  • Both mine were done online directly with Fitbit, bought the original in Argos. FB can see when the device was first paired with your account so takes the two year warranty from there.

    I'm not a massive fan of the device, it does what it claims but isn't mind blowing. I was just really impressed with the service.
