Maybe clubs will learn that release clauses are a false security. If one of your rivals with money to burn want to activate it there's fuck all you can do (though this may only be in Spain)
Neymar will do great things for PSG (hopefully) he's not going to turn down the big money wages they'll be offering, and PSG weaken a European rival by taking away one of their best players. And barca will do the same as they look to spend big to replace him.
