Purchased a pair of Rapha softshell gloves from @skinnylegs. I asked him directly if the gloves had any blemishes of obvious signs of wear. He replied saying they did not.
The gloves arrived, smelling absolutely revolting and with a hole in the thumb. These are softshell gloves that are supposed to be water resistant. A hole is definitely a sign of wear and should have been disclosed.
I have pm'd @skinnylegs and his reply was "Sorry mate but they were never advertised as new. The price was reflective of the condition. £20 for some high-quality soft shell gloves, they won't be in perfect condition."
I have since replied three times over the past three days. No reply. I believe I should be entitled to send the item back for a refund.
