My german neighbour has a Phaeton of which he is inordinately proud. It recently got (technically) written off for a prang where you could hardly see the damage. No VW dealer wanted to touch it as they're so incredibly complicated. He ended up buying it back and fixing it himself. It's a fucking tank, makes the local motors look svelte.
