Did the frame come with bearings? Do you have the bearing shields? The easiest way to do it would be to buy a BB30 bearing assembly like this one which gives you the bearings shields and wave washer - most shops will then have the shims kicking around.

Might have to take it to an actual shop though. Don't have any of the spacers and I can't find a place to buy them online or even if they're specialized specific or just "standard BB30 spacers"...
