I've found the best way to deal with this is to just get them to explain how it is possible to create something flat in zero gravity.

Not if the disk is also orbiting around a point, with the rotation such that the same edge is always pointing at that center (it's effectively sketching out a torus). Then we're under constant acceleration and don't float around.

I imagine that this would just be deflected by saying things like gravity is a hoax.

We've never been to space. NASA isn't real, the video is faked. I've got water in a glass in front of me, the surface is flat.

HollowEarthers are big on the poles for obvious reasons. In the same way the best room at a house party is always the kitchen, all the action happens in the pole holes.
