Yeh but then we all fall off with no gravity?
-

I've found the best way to deal with this is to just get them to explain how it is possible to create something flat in zero gravity.
It is impossible.
Just look at the most consistent 'flatness' in the world: sea level. What form would the sea take in zero gravity? Oh, a sphere...awkward. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=px17aCS5KHk

Not if the disk is also orbiting around a point, with the rotation such that the same edge is always pointing at that center (it's effectively sketching out a torus). Then we're under constant acceleration and don't float around.

I imagine that this would just be deflected by saying things like gravity is a hoax.

We've never been to space. NASA isn't real, the video is faked. I've got water in a glass in front of me, the surface is flat.

^ this is why its pointless arguing it. They don't wanna know

Almost but it's the infinite sun cone that oscillates. Otherwise we all get thrown from the southern rim.

southern rim.
Do Flatearthers have 'South'?
Or,
is their magnetic North Pole a monopole? -

Gif uploading doesn't work

Terminal velocity seems troublesome.

Proof of flat earth u pleb!

Or,
is their magnetic North Pole a monopole?TBH if gravity is inconceivable ... good luck.
HollowEarthers are big on the poles for obvious reasons. In the same way the best room at a house party is always the kitchen, all the action happens in the pole holes.

These guys are so primitive in their disbeliefs. I mean, how will they react when they are told about quantum mechanics?
And that their fucking TV wouldn't work without it.
I would like to ask them this question whilst smashing them over the head with said TV.

What a nonsense to claim that the Earth is hollow. How could it be flat in that case? Eh?
-
• #293
Oh, they've heard (a tiny amount) about quantum mechanics and will happily spout vague bullshit about how telepathy uses it etc.
-

Flat Earth wiki is basically a copy/paste job from Wikipedia minus the bits that disprove FE, it's fascinating.

Flight routes and times are quite convincing imho: https://www.metabunk.org/flat-earth-theory-debunked-by-short-flights-qf27-qf28-from-australia-to-south-america.t6483/

If the world is flat, how deep do you have to dig before you fall out the bottom?
-
• #297
Do they have an explaination for this already?

If anyone's up for some major lols, check out Eric Dubay on youtube... he loves a bit of flat earth... including quite a nice little rap about it... wanker!

It's a conspiracy. Orchestrated by the companies that make troll food.
Rotating disc, innit.
