Kudos to @fussballclub who called this on Sunday. Former career as a ski jumper definitely helped on that descent.

Landa is a buzz-kill supreme. Aru now struggling, feel a bit sorry for him. Did he peak too early?

Equal on time with Bardet, is ahead on the hundredths of seconds gained in the opening TT.

Has your feed shown Roglic win yet?
-
• #3460
I love how Barguil has just parachuted into the top 10 on GC by constant attacking and then riding like a natural with the contenders.
Next year, him or Dumoulin for Tdf GC?

He was polite, concise, and gave credit to the riders that lit up the race. (On the ES interview anyway).
@Harrington ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Park barrier 'fell' on his noggin.
-
• #3466
Ha, by now it has. I was a couple of minutes back. But it was pretty certain a couple km out that it was sticking. Hugely impressive.

fuck working... sounds an epic stage. saw Contador on the move at lunch and wanted it to stick but hey ho. Kittel is a big loss, Pinot too. What a shitemare.

Fuck being in Central Asia - think they forgot about cycling when Abdou retired - haven't seen a single pedal turn on this Tour. Relying on this thread to keep me up to date, so all I know is that Froome and Contador are mech doping and an Aussie won something.

The chances of Sky ending up with the yellow jersey and the lanterne rouge improved today. The fight for black could come down to the final time trial.

Mixing up the Giro and Tour there.

There is a ridiculous amount of chatter about motors this Tour, I even saw it said that Cummings' crash indicated he had a motor running and couldn't turn it off in time. Yep, idling at the back of the bunch, has his motor switched on, sounds legit

There is a ridiculous amount of chatter about motors this Tour
Really? I've seen none. I was happy that it'd been put to bed.
-
• #3473
Not sure 'epic' (on the GC angle anyway. I think there has been much more entertaining stages of this tour) it had a feeling there was some holding back for tomorrow and not an all out scrap... yet.
-
• #3474
Jimmy, you seem to seek out the opinions of idiots (not on here idiots, of course). I haven't seen any of this chatter, but then, I don't really follow cycling much.

Contador' time up the Croix de Fer today was the fastest ever recorded.
This means either a) he's doping or b) he's motor doping or c) both of the above.
Roglic looked too exhausted to smile. Bonus seconds on the froome group.........
