I haven't eaten in the area for years, but Cubana in Lower Marsh seems to be the only restaurant listed by Lambeth Vegan Society:
http://londonvegansocieties.com/lambeth/
They only seem to have a F******* page:
https://www.facebook.com/Cubana.London
When I last ate there, which again was years ago, the King's Arms in Roupell Street did some OK veggie options in its Thai operation at the back. Not sure the current menu shows it, though:

If you are in the area the ONLY place worth visiting is L'oculto on Loampit Hill.
Honestly. It's just amazing in every way.

yeah I've pointed her in the direction of Wahaca, Giraffe and Cubana, Waterloo/South Bank isn't really the area for independent food and drink..

Go across the bridge to Covent Garden and go to Sagar if they like Indian/Southern Indian. It's a 16 minute walk and you get to see some nice things, or a 5-10 minute bus journey depending on wait time.

Wales. South Wales. Anywhere from the Breacons to the tip of Pembrokeshire and all along the Gower. Looking for any and all recommendations but particularly really good seafood and somewhere I can take a 7 month old in late August. Also if there's some fancier places but with casual atmosphere that's achievable I would be particularly pleased.

That's a tough cookie. I used to go here quite often as it was local when my gf and I were first dating. It was pretty good, but that was circa 2008/09... https://madeinbrasil.co.uk/menus/

My family is from Fishguard/Goodwick/Lower Town. I can't say I've ever been anywhere that great to eat, but I will ask someone for you.
If it's not already on your itinerary, I suppose you will be passing through Lower Town anyway and I would recommend walkig along the quayside there and having a drink in the Ship - careful though, the door opens right onto the road!

Belgo Noord. Always reliably good food and beer and across the road from the RH. Timing will work for you too.

Bento Café is a good not too pricey Japanese place. Quite efficient service last time I went.

If mornington crescent is close enough, there is a fantastic Japanese restaurant there - I think it's called Asakusa? Really, really good - often has people queuing up outside before it opens to get a table, can't remember if they take reservations

I ate at Paternoster Chop House on Saturday evening with my wife who is a fan of First Dates. It was a gas. Almost everyone was there on the same basis enjoying a little bit of TV 'stardom' ... much selfie taking and none taking it too seriously. I slipped half a dozen first class oysters down and a goodly rib eye. The wife had a vegetable salad (yeh I know) followed by roast lamb. Most fun was my dessert which we renamed strawberry bell...
...end. That's the kind of night it was.

My welsh geography might be awful, but it almost makes me weep when I recall the amazing food here in Aberaeron - http://www.harbour-master.com/bar-restaurant/
Went with the wife pre-kids, but the restaurant / bar is properly laid-back and they are kid friendly for sure. The chippie along the road is also excellent.

Near the Roundhouse, over the bridge into Primrose Hill, the Lansdowne was pretty good last time I ate there.

I am doing the pop up at Made at The Roundhouse, pre the Daniel Kitson Show.
Come and see me.
Maybe not terribly exciting, but Wahaca have a decent range of veggie options.
