Doing it wrong.
Angle bike slightly downhill. Front wheel points uphill. Uphill foot forwards.
Road slopes up to the right, like a velodrome.
Easy in theory - I'm just much more comfortable left-foot-forward in practice.
Can't do left foot myself, I recon by doing it 'wrong' though, it'll make it easier to roll into the camber if you ever try to learn right foot forward.
