Small differences. The Caad7 uses the optimo tubing so's a bit lighter
Howard will probably tell you the exact differences now
Obvious difference is that some CAAD6 and 7 are BB30. Other than that, weight and tube profiles. 6 and 7 are silly light, to the point where 'dale said they will last two seasons of racing, at most.
