No one with any climbing caliber has had to do any work for the last four days so everyone should have been relatively fresh. Did he not do any pulling on the stage to Chambery. I thought it was a similar team effort with Landa the second sky rider over the line at the end. Must have dropped Froome off close to the top of the climb.
On the Chambery stage I think Nieve, who has also been impressive, did most of the work on the climb. Landa only did a short turn before the attacks started, if memory serves.
You're probably right, as you normally are. Just think he looks like the only one who has had and held form in both GT's. Look at the state of Pinot so far in this one.
Hope he gets the nod and some luck next year.
