He's still recovering from the crash on stage 9, he said as much afterwards and said his back was really hurting (so that was a real pain face when he was trying to keep up at the end). He's hoping to have recovered enough after the Pyrenees to do a bit better.

I think Froome is by far the favourite, but he cracked, and has been unable to keep up on the two uphill finishes in the tour thus far.

The rules init. #UCI

No feeding allowed in the final 20 kms of the stage. Riders can eat, but they can't take food from team cars. The rule is there to stop the team car interfering with the race outcome.

Given the popularity of Aru amongst his peers, I wouldn't count on that.

Only one more uphill finish, and a time trial to come. If Froome can keep Aru within 30 seconds before the time trial he'd be happy.
