The signals coming from the Garmin, phone, or wireless network can all
interfere and overrun the ANT+ signal coming from the Stages as they
all compete for space along the 2.4 GHz band. So, please adjust the
appropriate settings, and if you ride with a cell phone, please turn
it off or place it into airplane mode.

They've sent me a long list of homework.

Wifi? On a bike ride?

In Pioneer news, my ANT+ dongle turned up tonight and I'm pleased to say the firmware update process appears to have been an absolute piece of piss. Plug in dongle, open installer, type in ANT+ ID, watch it install (for about 2 mins). Done.
